You will never get an appointment same day or next day still is for a kid. You will never seen same doctor. Will be a different one each time. Few of them they don't have to much interest. Few of them are very good, just depends how lucky you are in that day. When your kid is poly and they told you the next appointment is in 4 day's..... . I remember a day when a staff from there was told me "What do you expect? Is a free service. I was paid so many tax in this country so deffinetly is not free ... .To be honest I will prefer to pay a small amount 10-£50 just to have a quick and good service.

Changed from here after 39 years being with the practice. Each member of my family has ended up in hospital due to not being able to get an appointment or being given the wrong diagnosis over the phone. Poor service, don't risk your family's health.

During two years I've spent visiting this practice group, I had one visit that left me satisfied. It's extremly difficult to get appointment when you need it, and even if you do, you'll leave disappointed anyway. Doctors refuse to treat you serious, and the general unwillingness to do anything for you screams "just take the pill and go away". They DO NOT care, period.

Have gone through all the options on keypad and every single one says no options for you what r you supposed to do my partner and I never go to a  GP unless we really have to can't even speak to anyone my partner feeling really down now think he has just given up what on earth is happening.
