Underwent a colonoscopy, the doctor who carried it out was very unprofessional. I was kept waiting for roughly two hours before he showed up on the day of the procedure, looking like he had woken up five minutes beforehand. It was also awkward as he was clearly in a bad mood and was complaining about something to the nurses, which was inappropriate to do in front of the patient - it didn't really put me at ease. Also botched putting the cannula in my arm, which I've never had happen before from other doctors and nurses. On top of this, I had my follow-up appointment almost two months after the procedure. This is after I had tried rescheduling the appointment to an earlier date, only for it to be pushed back with no explanation. Monumental waste of my time driving to the hospital, waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room, and then being told in under a minute that my samples were lost and I should "eat more fruit and veg", it could have been done over the phone. Going through all of this, dealing with the awkwardness and embarrassment, with nothing conclusive to show for it.

Had 3 consultations with surgeon over a period of 2 years, each time I came away upset & angry at his attitude, after having operation on my foot it was obvious it hadn't worked, ..these things happen I understand that, however I don't expect to be met with such a negative & can't be bothered attitude from the consultant, I am now left with a severely deformed foot after I literally just walked out of the consultation so now I am having to start from scratch & find different consultant! Seriously if you don't want to be in the job & help people give it up!!!!

They were nice and much faster than my NHS consultant, until I paid for the service. Aftercare was extremely slow and 3 months after my appointment and numerous chasing and they still haven’t given me a receipt I need to claim on my health insurance!

So we have had cancelled appointment's, incorrect operation booked and today after 14 months waiting operation was cancelled after 5 hours sat in gown.
