My partners a patient at this practice, the receptionists are friendly you just need to get to know them and the Dr has been great,my partners got many complicated illnesses and disabilities and has never had a problem here

All but two of the Receptionists are generally rude. Dr doesn't read through previous notes regarding illness/diagnosis-treatment and is very patronising towards patients. I Always leave the surgery feeling belittled & with no help. I've had to ask for specialist referrals for 4 of my illnesses as the Dr was not doing anything.

The receptionists are so rude, no people skills, very incompetent at the smallest requests. The Dr is great but sadly you have abrupt degrading snobby receptionists to deal with first.
