We are a rustic, friendly cafe open three nights a week serving sourdough pizza, tea and coffee. You can bring your own wine for £1 corkage per person. Breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday. Dogs are welcome.

Great little place offering indivually cooked take out and eat in pizzas.limited choice but all good and with sourdough crust- tasty! Restaurant is very small so you need to book although you can take your pizza to the freed man across the road and eat there with wine!   Well worth a visit, only open weekends

Highly recommended. Very friendly, welcoming & homely atmosphere. The sour dough crusts are cooked to perfection & each topping tastes amazing as does the garlic bread & red coleslaw. We are slowly going through each pizza on the menu. The tiramisu & cheesecake are delicious too which if you want to, you can take home for later. Can't wait for our next visit. You need to book a table. They also do pizzas to take out 😋

A very cosy friendly pizza restaurant in Upper Walmer which is very small (15 places I think), so booking is advisable. We tried a few times to book at short notice without success. The restaurant also delivers Pizza's to the Freed Man, a great micro pub across the road. We didn't know at the time, but the Haymans will accept small well behaved dogs. The pizzas are very good quality and they have a Vegan option. Unfortunately when we dined here they did not have any of their Vegan cheese available for my Vegan daughter, but she still enjoyed what she had. 

The deserts are very good too, but sadly there was no Vegan option. Not even Vegan ice cream. My wife had a delicious lemon cheese cake and I had an equally good tiramisu. 

The restaurant is not licensed, but you can bring your own alcoholic drinks, but there is a charge of £1.50 per head. I thought this charge was a bit steep, although you are still going to save money doing this. Soft drinks are available. 

My Daughter needed to got to the toilet during our visit. She told me that this is the bathroom of the living accommodation above the restaurant and she was worried because she said the lock didn't work! 

The Haymans Kitchen is certainly a better class of Pizza restaurant than the likes of Pizza hut, Pizza Express etc. I recommend you try it, but please do book in advance so that you will not be disappointed.

the food was excellent and fresh. the service was top notch .we were a big group and tried everything on the menu.  can't fault it

Best pizza I've ever had. Tried three flavours and all were delicious. Favourite was the Goat one, caramelized onions were gorgeous. Garlic bread also worth getting, is really buttery and flavorful. Cosy setting and friendly staff. Book ahead!
