Ordered a takeaway from Peking Palace and it was our first time trying this Chinese. I have to say it’s probably the best Chinese we’ve had in Deal! We had the meal for 2 with chicken chow mein. The fried rice and chow mein had big pieces of meat in not normal for a Chinese but it was amazing and the chicken balls were great. Wasn’t greasy except the chicken balls as they are deep fried I believe and tasted excellent. 100% making this the new local
I’ve got Chinese from here today I have to say I used to love This Chinese place But when It delivered today it was cold. It was way too greasy full of grease couldn’t even taste food. All I could taste was dripping. Grease it was disgusting. I literally threw all into the bin. What a waste of £34 Never will I go back thereFood: 1/5
I would give it 6 stars. Have been consistantly good for the last few years hence we use them when we fancy a Chinese. But the last two times we've had food delivered from here it has been out of this world!Food: 5/5

We ordered a meal for our family and made it nice and simple, using the numbers system on the menu, we even ordered in person so there was no phone line discrepancy or mis-ordering.... And you still got it wrong! When we returned to ask for the correct food and the correct quantity, we were instead met with a rude front of house woman who was more interested chatting with her boyfriend, than actually being responsible for taking customers orders. Not very impressed with our experience tonight. Oh and your 'crispy' beef chow mein really ought to be called 'cremated' beef chow mein. I hope you don't treat all your customers like this!
Sadly if I could give no stars I would… Egg fried rice was over cooked and bland Chicken curry tasted like a Vesta curry of the 70s Chicken Chow Mein was overcooked and tasted just weird Thai meats tasted nothing like a Thai dish Really disappointed
I am so disappointed in the costumer services i received tonight. I called for a take away to order a meal with chips when it arrived it came without chips!! The delivery man said he would go back and collect them, when i got a phone call to say that i would have to pay for delivery again because I never ordered the chips, which was untrue!! i am literally soooooo annoyed!! Sitting now waiting for oven chips because I couldn’t possibly make an order again to a place that can not get orders right and doesn’t care about their customers!! It is wrong!!
Whenever my husband and I over in Deal visiting family ., we quite often go here to get a meal . We find that the food is good value and it stays hot until we get back home in Ashford Kent . Excellent customer service . Would recommend a visit .
