Very clean though out, helpful owners and staff good breakfast I was with a group and everybody was very satisfied we were too early in the year to comment about the garden and Poole the weather was not brilliant

On arrival the owners were fantastic! So friendly, chatty and fun. We booked short notice (45 mins before arrival as the hotel we had originally booked was horrendous), so we had a chat about that and as a bonus to us, upgraded us to a bigger room with a sea view. They pointed out where all the local attractions were, good places to eat, etc and said if we need anything, just ask. The room was glorious! Very well decorated, modern and very well presented. The swans made out of towels on the bed was a lovely touch! Toiletries supplied, good powerful shower and very clean bathroom. A lovely selection of fruit teas, coffee and galaxy hot chocolate awaited us next to the spotlessly clean kettle in the room. The bed was impeccably made and ever so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and nothing felt like it was too much trouble for the owners. On the whole, a fantastic stay, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! If only every hotel could be like this!

I would recommend this Hotel to anyone, Ann and Dave are absolutely fantastic and the Breakfast is great. The rooms are spotless and you can have a laugh with Dave in the bar or if you so wish just sit in the very comfortable armchairs and keep your self to your self

What a wonderful Hotel we love visiting every year a fantastic escape away. Thank you. I can recommend both the balcony sea view rooms and the pool facing rooms. Superb visit to the magical Island with a good filling Hot English Breakfast to Classic FM very relaxing with service with a smile from the amazing breakfast waitress service.

Lovely hotel with swimming pool with a great breakfast. Excellent location for beach and Old Village.
