Proper English country pub with a nice garden/patio area and a roaring log fire inside. Great Sunday carvery. Excellent quality meats, and the fresh vegetables are cooked to order. A good range of Real Ales and friendly service make this one of the best pub restaurants for miles. Booking definitely advisable, especially Sundays. I'll be back.

Old English Pub. Really good for traditional Sunday Lunch. Freshly cooked with a selection of meats. Down to earth good food . Dog friendly. Child friendly. Good beer. Book in advance as limited covers.

Excellent traditional pub with good selection of beers and great food. Always busy so worth booking a table. Best carvery on Sunday.
