Went here with the family for Sunday lunch. Super service from attentive friendly young staff. Great extensive menu at reasonable prices. Grandson well looked after with colouring - in picture, crayons and his own menu. Definitely recommend.

Lovely pub in Tring. The food is amazing and it had a good selection of drinks. The recent addition of a pizza oven is a great idea as the pizzas were delicious and authentic. Happy to see Oakman inns are opening one of their pubs near me in Berkshire soon, so am hoping it will be of a similar quality.

Generally good food. OK service. Was Favourite eatery in Tring. Had to drop a star because they just refused to take my food order. Apparently the chef decided he didn't want the orders to pile up so told staff to reject orders. Unbelievable. At least give the customer a choice to wait or leave. Not just flat out refuse to take an order. Found a better meal in prezzo around the corner. Every cloud hey.

Lovely recently extended/refurbished bar area, particularly like the open fire and comfy sofas by the front. Well mixed cocktails and good wine / beer selection. A good night out.

Food was well presented and tasty, downside was all six of us had COLD food, clearly hanging around in kitchen for too long. We had the MALBEC which was fine, again the only fault was that it was freezing cold, not good. If Akerman could get hot food to the table and room temperature red wine as we were expecting then maybe I would have given 5 stars, you still have some work to do!! Overall we had a great time and would recommend a visit!! Good luck
