Got the bangers and mash and a perfectly poured Guinness. This place is anything but ‘hairy’. This is a fun pub to hang out, great food, great drinks.
Got the braised lamb shank. I would come back to Ireland just for this. There were fresh roasted root vegetables, fried potatoes, and a braised lamb shank over a bed of mashed potatoes which had hands down the best gravy I've ever had.
We really enjoyed our meals and beers while visiting Dublin. The food was great and the staff was friendly.
Great old pub. A little sad to see it in its Covid state but delighted it was open. Nice place out the back for smokers and the food is good and copious. Haute Cuisine it ain't but Très Bonne Cuisine it is and the service was smart and friendly.

Lovely bar. Much bigger than I expected. Really nice food and wonderful bar person Frida. She is originally Croatian but has totally adopted the gift of Irish chat over her time in Dublin. I shall return
