Brilliant weekend, apartment was great. Really clean, modern in a top location. Short walk to Grafton Street and Temple Bar areas. Molloy’s staff were also really friendly, very helpful and always happy to assist with anything. Pub is a lovely spot for a drink too. 10/10 highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
Wonderful! Clean and warm place to stay. The pub downstairs was so great. Lovely people and great place to spend a chilly evening. Location was great - close to everything but far enough away to stay quiet at night.Rooms: 4/5
Quite comfortable apartment style rooms on top of a local pub. You get a discount on drinks in the pub, which was perfect! Wifi was great, staff was pleasant, and the hotel was situated in a relatively central location. Would definitely recommend.Rooms: 5/5
Clean and modern room, easy check in, extremely friendly staff! Nice shower/bathroom. Towels and soap provided, and tea and coffee. It also had a fridge, oven and stovetop! The bar downstairs is where you collect and return the key, and is a lovely pub if you want to go down for a pint.
Perfect apartment for our needs very central easy to walk to. Very comfortable bed good shower nice kitchen well equipped had everything we needed for our short stay. Would have loved to stay longer and would be happy to return.Rooms: 5/5
Haven't been here in years, great to be back in familiar surrounds with different but just as good bar staff. A lovely place to meet for a chat, although a little band started a ballad session. Not too loud and nice touch to a Friday night!Rooms: 3/5
Great Pub...wonderful interior and decor...friendly bar staff and some great characters. 5 star rating. Oh, and great live music near and at w/e's. Did I mention...a great pint of Guinness too!
This is a great place to stay, the staff are friendly & helpful, the room was clean & comfy, had everything I needed and more. Molloys Bar is in a super location, everything you could want right on your doorstep & just across from the train station. I definitely recommend, cheers :Rooms: 5/5
Been here a few times since I moved in to the area. Dropped in to watch the football on Sunday and had a pint. Went up to order a second when a barman started his shift behind the bar and stated my attire was too casual wearing grey sweatpants despite having an expensive coat on and cleanly dressed. He refused to serve me a drink and made a scene. Very embarrassing and shame to see a decent place being ran down by rude unwelcoming staff. Later in the evening the pub posted an older man sitting with shorts on having a pint in the pub so I’m guessing they only welcome the Dublin locals in here.
We were a group of 9 across two apartments and the location is perfect and we had all the amenities needed save for an ironing board. Really handy being above a pub and we couldn’t hear the noise of it either. The only noice we could hear was the trains quite early in the morning but only in the front room. Would definitely stay here again!
