Called up for an appointment as wanted a trim before NYE. I went into the salon asked for a wash cut and blow dry. She washed my hair with colour shampoo (I don’t have colour on my hair it’s natural and stated that) I asked for a trim (had long hair) only needed 1 inch off. She took 5 inches off didn’t realise till I got home! I now have shoulder length hair. Taken me 6 years to grow! It said on the website £35 45 minutes. £40 and 1 hour 20 minutes. Never again!

As a busy woman working in the City I don't often have time to get my hair cut, therefore finding a salon that I can just walk in was great. The service was superb considering that it is not a big branded hairdressers like Tony&Guy. They offered me drinks and magazine to read while I waited. As I was getting my hair washed they then surprised me with a mini head massage which was very relaxing. The lady who cut my hair was very charming and polite and listened to what I wanted done. I was very pleased with the end result. The cut was neatly done and the blow dry was brilliant. she gave my hair a lot of volume that I did not have before which was good. When coming to pay for the hair cut I was surprised on how reasonable the price was considering what the other Billericay salons had charged me before. I highly recommend this salon to anyone at any age, and will soon be back again!

This is a new place in billericay and thought I would support this new local business. I have small children and was in a rush so popped in whilst passing. However I was shocked at the poor service. Firstly it took over 3 hours to cut my hair. The hairdresser was not suitably qualified. When I got home I noticed my hair hadn't been cut properly and was not cut straight at the back. Also the shape was all wrong. I phoned back asking for some money back to get it fixed but got refusal and attitude. I went back in to the salon and got shouted at which drew  attention from the street. I got called names and told to get out. She even made her own daughter cry. I spoke to her husband who denied that it was a bad haircut and that the cost was the going rate. I actually had to take him to my usual salon where they explained how shockingly bad it was cut and that they charge the same amount. Only then did he refund some of the money. But he said not to tell his wife. Horrible woman with no hairdressing qualifications or customer service. Even her husband is scared of her! Steer well clear!
