Decent service and cost. The previous poster who posted negative (Gael Desfontaines) appears to only post negative reviews (check their posts). I trust they are habitual moaners. Get a life please! Don't trust their review. ((amended nine months later on 31/01/2018) Mr Desfontaine, originally when you were the only poster on this companies review page, I think I quoted you and my review was to highlight, you only posted negative. I have no connection with this company and/or work for them in any shape or form. My comments re your negative feedback were merely to highlight that some posters, including yourself, appear only able to post negative feedback. Like yourself, they are unable to deal with any negative issues face to face. But you stating you are an ex employee only confirms your probable motive)). Thank you for providing your motive and logic. Plus, more importantly, unlike your reviews, when other reviewers who post a one star rating, and this is their only review posted, genuine folk are likely to assume it is bogus review, like the various one stars posted against this company. Since my comments of your review, I revisited this companies review, some nine months later, I note your other comments. Hence this amendment/addition.

I LOVE working here and we all work insanely hard to please every single client that walks through our door, Headlines have always put a lot of time and effort in our training and customer service and always will do. Unfortunately you can't please everyone but we will always do our best. It is a shame that a lot of reviews here are false as I know who wrote them but if we was to be the way we are made out to be we would not be the busiest salon in the high street that has also been here for years and will stay here for many more years to come!

amazing service and a great haircut! love the atmosphere, and staff! i would never trust another with my hair again. had a massive colour change by jade and a cut by abbey (the dream team!). dont even get my started on the head massage! heaven!

Jade Church: I worked with you for 3 years and I never heard you said anything good about headlines. If I remember correctly last year you were looking for a career change as a police officer because you had enough of the way headlines was treating you...but you fail the police test. Very true load of false review and your review is one of them. Weakone 2 : I worked in this salon for 5 years. I was very passionate about my job but after experiencing the headlines attitude I lost my love of hairdressing. luckily I work for another salon in the hight street(LJR), who respect clientes. How interesting, headlines remove all the bad reviews from the Facebook page :) great attitude from a company! Weakone 2 you do have some interesting reviews yourself. You seem to always disagree with the bads reviews, I will not be surprise if headlines salon pay you to do some cleaning and false reviews is that your job? And the reason why you don't put your real name? You are like a super hero of the reviews. But if you do your search you will find more bad reviews about headlines. If you would like to discuss my bad reviews you are welcome to come to see me in my new salon LJR hair&beauty. Google is one of the only place reviews can't get deleted and you can get the full attention of a company. I do have a life and I'm happy since I left headlines who put me down so many time and bully me for 5 years. The last 5 years I saw a company hiding the truth about not having enough colour or correct brand of colour for costumer and this resulting in staff has to lying. Shampoo and treatment not the quality of brand we advertise, because we don't have them in stock and use cheaper options but still make clients pay full price. The company doesn't respect the employees and customers and only concern about their pocket.
