I got a voucher for my birthday and I finally managed to use it. I booked a massage with Stacey who was so lovely. She was very accomodating and asked what type of pressure a prefer, the massage was one of the best I had. Looking forward to my facial!

My husband purchased a gift card for my birthday. So I booked an appointment for 15th June. First of all when I called to book a massage the receptionist was very rude. I am a teacher so I work Monday to Friday and normally I work until late. So I requested a Saturday appointment. The response was: we book Saturday appointments only for regular customers! How did she know that I would become one?! So I wasn’t looking for this appointment anyway although I would go to make good use of my husband’s present. Apparently it was my mistake that I missed my appointment as I have in my diary massage for 15th June and not today as the rude lady in the phone tried to blame me. So disappointed as I believe that they are not interested in people who have been given vouchers. So unfortunate incident but I am glad that I didn’t go finally. I would waste more money and time. As the lady on the phone said that they are a successful business my response to this is improve your customer services in order to keep it successful. Kind regards!

Excellent service and customer care the girl who did my eyebrows tint and wax was very professional and checked that I was happy with the process every step of the way checking I was happy which I found very reassuring.  She also did my nails and again stopping to check I was happy with everything.  I will definitely be a regular customer

This is the best beauty salon in Billericay.   It's set in a small listed building which is full of quirky little rooms that transport you to your own private oasis or indeed go with a friend and enjoy a private double room. Have used Bliss Spa ever since they opened & can highly recommend it - I have had facials, waxes, eyelashes & nails done all of which have been fantastic! We have just visited the spa and got welcomed by the friendly lady at reception aswell as the beautiful aroma. had a back, neck & shoulders done by agyness which was excellent. Highly recommend, clean fresh and highly professional!

I visited Spa Cottage having been lucky enough to receive a voucher for a massage and facial, as a gift for Christmas. Excellent, friendly service, in a lovely cosy, well equipped space. Pure relaxation! I have recommended to a number of friends and will be back soon. Thank you Spa Cottage x
