Cannot rate this hotel high enough. I was visiting for some surgery at a local clinic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay with them was comfortable and stress free. 5 stars for customer service! - From the original booking right through to the moment we left..nHave I stayed in bigger and more salubrious places? Probably. Have I enjoyed my stays as much? Definitely not. You can’t put a price on good quality service. Every single member of staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best possible. Thank you Hadley hotel! x
We were greeted by a beautiful, clean exterior and a peaceful residential setting. There’s no on-site parking, but free street parking nearby was easy to find.nnThe lobby was spotless and tastefully decorated, setting the tone for the rest of the property. Tom welcomed us warmly and showed us to our ground-floor room — ideal for us, though very compact. There was little space for luggage or storage, and no bedside lights, which made evenings slightly inconvenient.nnBreakfast was excellent, served by the lovely Alana, whose customer service was outstanding. She and Cassie worked brilliantly together during a busy morning. My Eggs Benedict was delicious, and my mum loved her Full English.nnOverall, a pleasant stay with great hospitality. I’d return, knowing the rooms are small but the team’s warmth and care make all the difference.
Really lovely place, great people working there and a wonderful building. Area is superb, if just a little more care was taken with the rooms it would be an all star review. Good value for a mid tier outer London stay, area felt super safe, no graffiti and safe parking on road outside.
Excellent service! Requested for an early breakfast for my son as he had an exam. Maria and Serani were extremely helpful and went out of the way to help us! Really enjoyed the stay, the service was exceptional. The staff is genuinely keen to help.
Left feedback on another site.nCame at the weekend with partner and his daughter all the way from Scotland, to see Stray Kids.nnGreat hotel and great, friendly staff. So polite. As commented before, compliments to the chef for a wonderful breakfast. Was absolutely delicious!
