The place is spotless, all the equipment is new and works perfectly, and the whole gym runs smoothly and efficiently.nnThe staff are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels like a real community. I want to give a special shout-out to the incredible personal trainers Bob, Marcus, and Kate—they are truly top notch. They’ve supported me through my toughest training and inspired me to grow both physically and mentally. Their dedication and professionalism are unmatched.nnI honestly couldn’t imagine training anywhere else. No other gym could offer this level of service, support, and positive energy. I used to go here and this year I decided to not renew my membership. Mainly because of cleanliness. They decided to remove the disinfectant wipes and most machines are soo dirty. Showers and dressing rooms are not nice either. I get it’s a cheap gym but still, they should at least maintain an average level of sanitation. Atmosphere is okay just won’t be returning because of how filthy it is. The cardio machines are covered in grime…
I've lived in London for 5 years and can say relative to the size of this gym in a zone 2 area it is very good value for money with great equipment. Most of the time the gym is not too bad. I also find the staff to be relatively friendly and haven't had any issues. Would recommend for those living in the area.
My experience at The Gym Group West Hampstead is always great! The space is clean, well-organized, and has a solid variety of equipment for every type of workout. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s a nice community vibe. Whether I’m doing cardio, strength training, or just stretching out, I always feel comfortable and motivated here. And I love the Hyrox, yoga and box classes. Highly recommend!
