I recently visited David Lloyd’s gym with a guest pass and had a fantastic experience! The gym area was spacious, well-maintained, and not at all crowded, making it easy to enjoy a full workout. The spa area was a highlight, with a great selection of saunas, indoor and outdoor pools including a cold plunge pool, providing a truly relaxing experience. The indoor tennis courts were impressive, with high-quality surfaces that made for an excellent game. Overall, an amazing facility with a great variety of options for fitness and relaxation! I had an appointment yesterday to tour the gym, and I’m so glad that I found exactly the right place I was looking for.nI recently moved to this area, and finding a suitable gym and club was quite challenging. I’m delighted to have become a member here. The cleanliness, quality, and facilities were all excellent, and the staff was very professional.nnCharly Berckmans was the person who assisted me during my visit yesterday. I’m really grateful because his positive energy and professional approach made me sure that I had chosen the right place. I have recently enquired about membership for me and my daughter at David Lloyd Finchley club and I had an outstanding experience with the membership advisor Ali. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed to join the gym. He’s not only professional and polite, but he also has a genuinely warm and friendly demeanour that made me feel welcome right away. Even after I joined, he’s continued to check in on me, making sure I’m all set and have everything I need. His can-do attitude and willingness to assist with anything have truly exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the gym, and I’m so grateful for his support.nAs for the club itself, it’s exceptionally good. The facilities are top-notch, and everything is always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend David Lloyd Finchley Club to anyone looking for a high-quality gym experience.
To my surprise, my car’s steering wheel lock and steering wheel were broken in the David Lloyd parking lot, and my car was stolen — all with no concern from the staff.nnIt feels like David Lloyd views its customers as nothing more than a source of revenue.nnNo safety, no accountability, no empathy.
Had a wonderful time at David Lloyd’s in Finchley. Ali was an amazing sales person who was so helpful in showing me everything the club has to offer. I felt very welcome and have recommended David Lloyd Finchley to my friends and family.
