If your goal is to get fit and healthy? This is the gym for you. The classes are brilliant, really designed to push you. Reza in my view is the best trainer anyone can ask for, he trains your mind and body to be strong, his passion and knowledge for fitness is truly admirable. Zuzana and Lucy are passionate and knowledgeable too. I have seen many transformations in my time at the gym, people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Parkview has a very friendly and welcoming vibe. Literally a place where everyone knows your name. The gym is kept nice and clean. There are three branches, Finchley central, Colindale and Palmers green. I highly recommend checking them out.
Helpful staff, experienced trainers and a nice variety of equipment. It was clean and small just the way we like it. My husband had a bit of the problem with the music but overall it was a nice experience for people like us who dont usually train.
The best gym in Finchley neighbourhood. All trainers are excellent and very professional.
Lovely little gym. Full range of equipment and trainers there are great! Really friendly and comfortable environment for a nervous beginner like me.
Been a member 6 months now and very happy. Big pros are it rarely gets busy to point you need to wait for a machine/space and everyone members and staff are friendly and welcoming and while small has enough machines or alternative equipment to satisfy the bulk of exercises. To provide balance: Cons the number of classes on offer has dropped off in recent months and those that remain are generally booked the second they go live so while personally it doesnt affect me too much if you train mainly via classes this is a flag. Only other niggle which I am sure is due to space constraints they max out at 30 kg dumbells which is fine for most but avid gym goers. All in all happy to have joined and recommend to others seeking a local non prentious gym to work out
Great gym, lots of amenities but music is too loud. Feels like you're stepping into a rave which is all well and good on a Friday night maybe, but other days not really. Can't even hear myself think.
Fantastic health club, have been attending classes which are warm and inviting. Also personal training sessions with James and he's extremely professional and friendly. I can see some great results coming out of here!
