Unorganised gym. You book a class, and the instructors never appear. Happened too many times. The receptionist don’t even bother notifying you unless you chase them up. Also, during class all the instructors are on their phones texting .They just give you instructions at the beginning and then sit back for the rest of the class. Better go to a different gym and have a look how punctual, organised, energetic and take part of the class, instructors are. The mats are worn out , super slim like you are working out on the floor. For more than 2months half of the Treadmills are not working. So does the changing room’s toilets. For many times there wasn’t any sanitising spray or paper to clean the equipment.
The best Gym in London. All the staff here are not just staff but great friends! Fun and friendly atmosphere with a team that go the extra mile. A big shout out to Denisa that drove me to the hospital when I had an accident. She was an Angel!
I have always felt a bit lost going into big gyms but the team here are very friendly and make you feel at home. Much prefer this place to puregym which was my previous membership, this has more of a friendly/ community feel, you see the same faces and if you need advice there is always someone to ask. I actually think this gym has improved since lockdown and you can tell people enjoy being back there. I have been regularly training with Kinzey since start of 2020 and the gains have been very noticeable, would definitely recommend him but all the PTs clearly know what they are doing.
Great gym, I love taking the classes and using the sauna. The staff are friendly and helpfull as well. Been a member since September and I have been very satisfied with everything.
Since a year I join Park view Health club in palmers green, the staff are very helpful and it’s a friendly environment. I mostly did Ride 45 classes, Reza and Elizabeth are amazing instructors. I’ve achieved what I always wanted, be fit and healthy. I would highly recommend doing classes with them. Really sad I moved out of the area and can’t attend the classes.
Sophia and Alicia are very helpful receptionists. Very clean and tidy gym with great staff and PTS. Great facilities, sauna and machines. Big studio room and a lot of classes. Great value for money
Kinda gone down hill. Not seen a cleaner here, at all. Yoga mats smell bad. Avoid using them. Can tell how well staff are treated given that they leave after a few weeks. Few stay on. Wonder what the pay structure is like. Ethical employment? Are living wages being paid here? Gym down the road is better V02, staff are happy, consistent and always approachable. Can tell they're a team and make for good friends. Most of all you don't hear any insulting music playing during opening hours. N word this, B word that. Shank man this. Sell crack that. If I wanted to hear degrading music and train in a degrading environment I'd train in a prison yard where gang crime is normalised. Wouldn't bring my family here to be subject to that trash. Better environment at V02 right now. **Park View have responded but I can't reply. Editing here.** No, you don't have a cleaner. I've literally left my wet towel in the bathroom one week and found it the next! The mats are not washed, hair floats around the studio floor when you use it. There is chewing gum stuck on the soap dispenser in the 3rd mens shower. It's been there for weeks. Previously you had flies NESTING in the corner of the mens shower at the far end. An actual nest of flies!!! Your staff are not paid well, even D***** has left. You are playing BS insulting stabby road man gang music NOW. Right NOW as you posted your reply. So, yes I am a member. At least for another month. I hope you do well, know its your business but its not been good over time and people are flocking to V02 for a better environment and consistent staff. Am not affiliated with them, just telling the truth. Hopefully you can improve.
