I was kind of nervous to try out one of the fitness classes because I'm a complete beginner but I really had nothing to worry about. It's a warm, welcoming environment. The coaches are great. Really knowledgable and friendly. Definitely a fun and effective way to workout.

Great gym, great people, great coaches!  Really fun way of achieving your fitness goals even if you dont want to fight or spar!  75quid a month! Best decision I've ever made!!! This gym has so much to offer.... Muay Thai, BJJ, strength & conditioning, MMA, and yoga with each coach having so much attention to detail! Personal one to one sessions also available!

Cracking time at this gym Great friendly instructors. classes are always suitable for anyone that wants to push them self and get a good work out. Strongly really recommend to anyone :

Hidden gem. The trainer was really welcoming and there was a nice atmosphere within the group. The changing rooms could be more comfortable though.

Went to an introductory session today. It's perfect for people like me who want to keep fit in an environment that caters for all levels. Seasoned pros.

Bit deceptive saying its in east finchley when the area is NEW BARNET on east Barnet road, misleading
