You get the usual big bellied big armed divs who think they're in their prime and take over the barbell, squat areas. But if you time it correctly or you're happy to use other equipment you're all good. Excellent facilities, very clean and cheap. There are machines for water, protein drinks, energy drinks, padlocks for the locker. Toilets, showers, what more do you need.

I recently used, for the first time The gym Ashford. The facilities there were great and very clean. I booked in advance on the gym group site and it clearly stated ,,,,, FREE parking for the first 3 hours, which I thought was great. I was there for just under 2 hours. After a week a parking fine came through my door, much to my shock and disgust !. I appealed against it, submitting evidence that I had used the gym and the section from the website, stating "FREE" parking and won. No where on the site does it tell you ,,,,,,,, how to get the free parking. More information on this would be nice.

I cancelled today. One of their pseudo personal trainer asked me to move so he could do a class, had nowhere to "move "to and you don't tell people to "move" even if this is Ashford,Kent and standards are low... What you do is you do classes at set times in areas that are set aside as it's done anywhere else in the world in any other gym in the world. It's always busy, car park is full with people parked everywhere except in dedicated spaces so high chances of getting a dent in your car. Won't miss it, this town really is a dump

My very first and best value for money gym in Ashford. Has the greatest selection of equipment and a massive space for working out only lacking a sauna. But due to the cheap nature of the gym it is often crowded with people around 4pm to 7pm often leading to equipments always being used or not having enough space so you have to plan ahead of you want less crowds.

Great concept. Wish more of the gym goers would respect gym by putting back weights as littered all over floor at times. Really helpful that gym is open 24/7. Parking available but make sure you log in on terminal on wall.
