If there's any other gym like this in the country, then I'd like to see it. This place makes you feel so comfortable and as a female trying to get fit, the team are supportive, friendly and they motivate you beyond words. The jovial chat and the friendly exchange of witty banter is always something to enjoy! Carl Turner has done an amazing job of transforming this place and his team of Iain, Mandy, Ash, Dean, Gavin etc. are always there to welcome clients with a huge smile and a natter. I went in to exercise and I ended up coming out with more then I bargained for: a whole bunch of wonderful friends. Cheers Harbour Health!

Relaxed inclusive and friendly atmosphere, with full range of modern machines and free weights as you'd expect. Lots of help on hand too.

Fantastic gym with an incredible atmosphere and a wide variety of equipment and classes. Everybody is so welcoming and staff go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. Best gym around!

A bit of a gym virgin but I was made to feel really welcome, the workouts are great fun, great place to spend my lunch breaks!!
