I had to quit this "gym" because the stupid policy applied for 2 "PT" didn't allow me cycling with my head covered with the hoddie. Skynny "PT's" they are more focus in disturb customers instead to learn more how to workout and eat clean. They think that with a cheap title is enough to be PT, their bodies is their CV and they are a joke

Would not recomment, benches are always taken no matter what time of the day you go (even at 6am). waste of money

I think it's a great gym! Perhaps for the ladies who want to use the heavy muscle building equipment (this area is usually populated more by men) then that might be a bit tricky if the area is busy. There are loads of equipment - and fitness classes if you can find time to attend. Only problem is the parking!! It might only happen a couple of times a month but it is annoying when it occurs! I would recommend this gym to anyone. And of course there are instructors to give you a helping hand and you can also book personalized sessions.
