Crossfit Derby is an excellent facility with top coaches who really know their stuff. I have found it to be a very welcoming and supportive environment where everyone works hard but also have a lot of fun. The coaches are always watching everyone's form, working around any injuries and ensure everyone still benefits from a tough workout. I can't recommend it more highly - come and check it out!

Charles and the team have created a brilliant environment to train no matter what your experience level. Flexible class times and well structured workouts will have you rushing to leave your old gym. Try it out!

I'm a member of another CrossFit and was in Derby visiting friends so dropped in for a workout. Facilities were good and the trainer was excellent. I can thoroughly recommend CrossFit Derby, I'll certainly go again if I'm in the area in future
