Really great service. My husky Lou always comes away happy, smelling lovely having been given a full pamper session. Very reasonably priced and the girls are so lovely and caring. Thoroughly recommend.

So i booked  my little  dog in for FULL GROOM .i didn't realise  till i got home the awful  job that had been done,and how sore my dog was because  of Razor burn on her private  part .most  worrying  is it was the Manager of the Groom Room that did my dog's  groom and she is in charge  of training  other groomers. I did however  get a refund, and a free bottle  of Antiseptic  spray to put on my dogs sore bits, they couldn't  exactly  not refund  me as the photos  i took have the date on them which clearly  shows that  photo's  were taken after the groom. I really would  not recommend  this grooming  service.  The groomer  had been advised  that because  of a previous  ear problem  the vet  had advised  my dog's  ear needed to be professionally cleaned  by the groomer to get rid of ear mite residue.  My dog didn't  have mites anymore  but it was  important  to get rid of the remaining  gunk in her ear.  They didn't  do anything  to her ears, not even to trim the length  of her ears ,  as i requested  when i dropped  my dog off.  Never going  back. Thankfully  have found  another  groomer  who is highly  recommended .
