Love getting my nails done here. I go to Lisa and she always does an amazing job!

As I didn't know exactly what the french BIAB entailed, I ordered the most expensive on line, and wrote a comment of what I was looking for, booked my appointment, and paid the obligatory £5.70 deposit. When I arrived at the salon this morning, the girl who served me could not be any more disinterest.  I gave my name and appointment time, she checked the computer, and grunted.  I asked if I could go outside for a vape as i was early. When I came back into the salon, not having received instructions, I walked into the manicure section, and was succingtly told to wait in reception, the girl would be with me shortly. A few minutes later, another girl came out, cashed up her client, and asked me to come through.  As I sat at her workstation, she stated I was booked in for something else, and soon discovered I was not the client she was looking for, but had not asked my name.  I was then told to sit at another workstation. About 5 minutes later the first girl came to me, asked me to move to a further workstation. I explained what it was I wanted, to which she stated that "I don't have time for that!" and repeated herself.  I said I had written a comment in the booking.  Well, she still didn't have time. I then got up, and asked for my deposit back, never to return again!! I have never met such rude, begrudging staff in my life, and have certainly never had such service.  But to every cloud it's lining, I told a lot of people in the centre about the discusting service. PLEASE do not use this salon, the name clearly defines the staffService:&nbsp;Nail extensions

Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience at Diva on Thursday 9th Feb. I was 10mins early for my appt. A young lady met me at the Reception desk, told  me to wait but didn't inform any of the beauticians that I was waiting, then disappeared in to a side room. At 3.40pm one of the beauticians realised that I was there & asked me if she could help me. I explained the above, but she couldn't find my appt on her system, although I  had physically come in the salon the week before to make the appt. The beautician apologised & completed my treatment. I have been to Diva a few times over the years, & have not been treated in this manner, hopefully it is an isolated incident.  Sorry Diva, but you can do so must  better than this.

First time using the nail salon and was very impressed. Lovely bright shop and Leah who did my nails was very nice. There are other treatments you can have like a massage which I will look at so will definitely be back.

Hi, I mainly go to Lisa for my nails but I have my nails done by Amy and few of the other amazing girls in the salon. They always do an amazing job.

My nails are always amazing here! Everyone who works there is so chatty and friendly, just have good banter the whole time I’m there! Shoutout to Lisa who takes on the task of my nails every month, she makes a 10/10 job of everything I ask for even if it’s complex! Been going for 2 years now and I ain’t stopping anytime soon

To be honest not an amazing quality for the price, just extremely basic, nails painted not carefully, especially on the toes... manicure/pedicure itself is literally a few seconds of filing, not much shaping or fixing. However the first girl that made me the manicure was better than the second one. So I would say depends on the master, but I'd go somewhere else.

I have had my lashes and nails done at Diva and I always love it as they last so well. The girls are so lovely and it’s in such a good spot in the centre!
