PIZZA from Asda was always very good but what we have received today….. radicolous!!! We have ordered 3 pizzas today but only one was good to eat. About other 2: How you can send something like this to people?!! Do you know it is danger to eat it? I feel very very disappointed and will never order anything from Asda again….
The pizza from Asda kitchen has always been good. Good service etc. however, me and my partner popped in to get a quick pizza on the way home and it was nothing but a big mess up. A couple before us waited so long to be given the wrong pizza. The young girl working the counter had a horrific attitude and did not have a clue what planet she was on. Next thing my neighbour comes in to collect 2 pizzas that she has ordered for DELIVERY but only had her sides delivered. She then had to wait like 15 minutes to be given OUR pizza. We legit sat in the cafe for about 45 minutes just watching 3 people including a just eat delivery driver try to put together 3 orders. I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure just eat delivery drivers shouldn’t be cooking food! The wee girl working in the cafe needs to find a new career. Her attitude was terrible and then while we are waiting we can hear her through the back laughing and complaint about the woman who she had given the wrong pizza too and tried to claim a spicy chicken was a bbq chicken. Anyways. After all that me and my partner woke up this morning severely ill being sick etc. bearing in mind I’m 8 months pregnant. I deffo won’t be back. They did give us a bigger pizza and offered us a tub of Ben and jerrys for the wait. The people before us didn’t get that offer. Neither did my neighbour. And I’m sorry but a tub of Ben and jerrys doesn’t excuse that girls disgusting attitude. Maybe if the guy cooking the pizzas stopped talking for 2 minutes he wouldn’t have messed up 3 orders.
Absolutely shocking delivery service, my partner ordered Friday for today by 1500hrs contents including birthday day cake and present only to be fobbed of and lied too by customer call line given three different delivery times, to then be told they have no driver and you can collect yourself from store she doesn’t drive or it could maybe delivered tomorrow or wait up to five days for refund. People depend on these services to feed there families etc and the attitude of the call centre was we don’t care it’s not our fault we leave you with no groceries to feed your child or ruined your friends birthday surprise, ooh and no money to buy anything from somewhere more reliable for 5 days, great service Asda livingston. Someone from store has been in touch, refund has eventually been done today after being told it would be done last nightcall centre again and a ten pound gift voucher for a ruined day and birthday
Bought goods on click & collect, went to the store at the appointed date and time, the click & collect assistant refused to give me my items, said she was too busy, come back at another date or time. I told her I'm 81 and have a disabled wife at home many miles away and could not run back and forth "not my problem " she said and continued playing with her screen, I was the only one at the counter. As requested my Order number is 102035648
Fantastic supermarket location. It has free parking and allot of space, always well stocked when I visited also has a McDonald's within the Asda which I've never seen before. Great customer service everyone was friendly enough and knowledgeable.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Nipped in to get some bits and bobs, partner took my daughter to the loo only to find out that they were locked at 18.30. Apparently the store manager wants them locked at this time to stop anti social behaviour and teenagers making a mess of them. Maybe if the 3 security officers did their store patrols instead huddled round the security cctv kiosk at 20.00 they could stop anti social behaviour in the store. Didn't even offer to open the toilets to allow my daughter to use the toilet facilities. The store is open 22 hours a day so you would think the store would have basic facilities for customers to use.
It looks as though the Asda car park has now started charging again. Signs have been up for a few weeks but the machine not operational. There is no additional signage to make people aware that the machine is operating now, and we only became aware because of a large queue who were standing on the road waiting to get their ticket. It also looks like you pay on the way out now so does that mean Asda no longer refund? Not clear. To make matters worse the machine then stopped working and the Asda employee told the queue they could just leave while he and his colleague in a yellow jacket fixed it. I hope that doesn’t mean people will get tickets if they were actually leaving. The communication of this is very poor and do they really think 1 machine in a car park this size is sufficient? I would have expected better from a business this size.
Love the pizzas you can get here with the choice of 4 toppings made in front of you. All in all a good place to food shop, and for any extra bits & Bobs you need for that home touch if needed. Staff usually ok not overally friendly but helpful, if just being honest
Displayed my Blue light card for 10% discount after the Spanish Inquisition, i was told as I didn't have ID I couldn't get discount then made to feel like a degenerate. It's not even a great discount. Happy New year though Asda.
I ordered FROM asda and booked an Uber east express delivery slot. Just under half my order didn’t show up. The I Toal contact centre agent said he raised a refund which turns out he didn’t. When I went to store to purchase the foods AGAIN I left my details with the instore team who called promptly. The woman was lovely and shared my frustrations. She explained due to asda policy, with Uber once the ordered has been handed over, there is nothing asda can do and I’d need to go through Uber although the order was on asdas website, not Uber or go back to contact centre. I called the contact centre who then re raised the refund. However, on the phone the agent said the refund would be £54, but when the email came it said £28.66 and the remaining £21 would be done by a payments team I’ll not hold my breathe. It should ultimately be Asdas responsibility to ensure the goods get to the customer, regardless if it’s asda or Uber or whoever delivering. It should not be left to the customer to chase Asda/Uber. If asda are ‘hiring/using’ Uber as a 3rd party, the responsibility should still sit with asda and not the customer to chase Uber/contact centre. It’s a disgrace that I should have to chase. Not happy. It’s worth noting the staff in the store were helpful and polite and should not be penalised for this. However, I do feel like the person who phoned me from store, albeit she agreed with me could have offered to take it further with contact centre. The policy is awful and really puts the customer in a position that they have to chase when ultimately the hiring agent asda isn’t to blame cause Uber can do what ever they want essentially.
