Horrible experience! I waited about 15 min in a queue. I’m not bothered about that as I do work in hospitality myself. I wanted to order spicy chicken pizza for take away as a birthday treat. When I came to the counter staff member didn’t look like she enjoys working in there. I ordered my pizza and then I’ve heard it’s gonna be 30 min which is fine with me. After few seconds the pizza chef said something to the counter girl and then she told me “sorry we don’t to pizzas now as we are too busy”. I can’t even understand how can you say something like that. She said it on a “I don’t care” way and it was the worst experience I’ve had. Do not recommend this place even tho I do love your pizzas. Thanks for ruining my birthday
I placed an order online the week before Christmas. Items commonly used for Christmas include two beef joints, one of which arrived and one went missing. I reported this to Asda online no refund, but received no response as to why. The second item, cheese, was open and dry, indicating that it had been open for some time before arriving at our house no refund or no response. Notice recently, if you order online, please make sure you get items in date, as I checked through all items after this and it is always one day before it goes out of date.nnIt is as if they are giving you old food when you shop online, and the lazy staff who picks the items is not bothered. And say that they do not have the item in store.nnAll of the items that were not on my shopping list I had to wait to get my money back were on the shelves when I went down the same day. This was approximately 20 minutes after my shopping was delivered.nnThis worried me because I thought of all the people who rely on their shopping being delivered to them and end up losing money or having to wait days to receive their money back.
simply disgusting place never try to buy clothes here. several times already I try to buy clothes here when I come to the fitting room the staff is still there and constantly greets me with the words sorry we are no longer working. when it happened at 5pm I treat it with understanding, but when it happened at 4:28pm and then at 4:00pm it is not normal!!!! administration why do you need a fitting room and pay for the staff in it if they never work????
A big Superstore for people living around Livingston. Mostly all of the items are fully stocked and available. A big parking place was available. As it is a part of the shopping mall, we can easily access other stores in the mall. The main drawback is Paypoint was not available, unlike other ASDA stores. A lot better to purchase clothing here compared with other ASDA stores in the Edinburgh area.
I went into the Asda cafe yesterday for a coffee. As I went to sit down, I noticed the red seat cushion was wet so I thought I would turn it over and sit on the other side. The cushion was stuck to the chair with old food, sweets etc. totally disgusting. A proper deep clean is needed in that cafe before health and safety do a check.
