Nicest gym in the area as it's the only one with pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. That's the major benefit of the place. The gym is pretty standard and small, but spa facilities are nice and clean. Lots of classes and friendly staff. Only 3 stars because of the below, a few positive recommendations for improvement... -Please have music without adverts. The same adverts every 20 mins is turning my brain to mush, if I hear that m&m advert one more time I might turn into one. -Please have more vegan and health options at cafe, there is currently only one vegan option and pretty much no fresh healthy options. -Opening times are pretty sad, closes too early, especially at weekends and the Xmas holiday times are shockingly poor. -A wee sneaky ice bath wouldn't go a miss
Been a member for years and there is a consistently high level of service and excellent equipment wherever and whichever gym you visit Falkirk, Livingston and Burton all used
I would urge you to get a membership anywhere else. The showers go from freezing cold to burning hot with no warning and does this constantly. For a so called heated pool it is always extremely cold and normally full of children doing swim classes at the most inconvenient times. The sauna and water fountains are almost always not working. The weights room is full of treadmills and not much else. After you cancel your membership they will try and collect fees which they can give no indication as to why you owe. I would strongly recommend you get a membership anywhere else, this is a complete waste of money and time.
Found myself in Livingston needing to kill some time and as a member elsewhere thought I’d take advantage of the member benefit to use other gyms. Very friendly welcoming staff, large clean changing area and a nice pool. Not too busy and not too hot for once. All in all a great experience.
Michelle has been brilliant and resolved any queries and issues I've had in the past and I've been eternally greatful for all the assistance I've been given at this gym. The spa facilities have been great and the gym is clean and spacious. A very positive vibe.
Disgusting customer service. Sudden passing of my mother left me wishing to cancel my membership. Colleague who answered the call didn't even acknowledge my berevment and just demanded 28days notice in writing. The manager Gary known to me would not return calls. Contact only made once I cancled my direct debit. Gary now the regional manager still unavalibile or uninterested. Eventually on the fourth occasion the general. Manager was avalibile to speak with.

Great club with a warm friendly atmosphere with great facilities.59 year old overweight male here praising the team for their enthusiasm and commitment.After only one Aqua fit class my long standing knee problem completely disappeared allowing me to attend twice weekly for the last 4 weeks.My fitness level is loads better,I'm sleeping better and my general health has improved greatly. Lots more to investigate re classes etc but I''d recommend this place to anyone.Thanks a million Bannatyne Livingston team.
Called to enquire about the swimming pool facilities as I had intention to join the the Gym. The customer service advisor initially laughed when I spelt my surname. I was offered a call back with more details about the swimming pool and this didn't not happen.
