Do NOT get the duck pancakes.. ive seen more meat on a butchers pencil.. basically scrapped the crusty bits off the bottom of the pan with maybe 15% meat if we were lucky.. the attitude of the staff is shockingly poor aswell

I’ve been going here for years and trust me it’s one of the best places to get salt and pepper chilli king prawns .They are so juicy and tender, and the crunch from the crisp batter served with loads of chilli and fried onions it’s the perfect combination! I mean who can so no to that, plus the lovely customer service from Tom great guy! Only downside is cash only though hasn’t changed in years lolz nearest ATM at the petrol pump charges otherwise go to the post office or Tesco cash points.

I have been eating here for 6+ years and it still never disappoints. Best Chinese in east london by far! Staff is very friendly and delivery's are fast! The smoke chicken has got to be the best one I have had my whole life!

I’ve eaten from this place a few times after it was recommended. I have to say my most recent encounter was terrible, enough for me not to order from here again. I called at 10:15 to order, enquired about delivery and the lady said it’s fine no problem. After giving my postcode she said they can’t do it as they only have 1 driver and it’s too far 10 min journey? but ok. She then put the phone down rudely. I called back as I was willing to come and pick it up. She abruptly said ‘only if I come in 10 minutes’. But why 10? I asked. Because online it states they close at 11. I’ve personally been there going to 11 to collect food. She profusely denied this and said I’m talking about the wrong place.. Because of this I decided not to order. She was unnecessarily rude, poor customer service.

Enjoyed every part of the meal even the vegetarian options! Smoke chicken is still the best as ever!

I have used this place for years! But tonight I had the worst experience ever, I made a £40 order at 7:30pm, at 8:30pm I called to check where my order was, the guy said it will be 10mins, I called again at 8:50pm, he said it will be 90 seconds, 10minutes later the food arrived, I waited 90 minutes for the coldest Chinese meal! When I called back to say the food was cold, the guy said he will give me 20% off my next order! I won’t be going back to this take away shop again!

It's a good value if you're looking for the local Chinese. In my case, I was not happy because I ordered a chicken dish for my mate and a veggie rice dish for me. The veggie dish came with a piece of beef in it! That made me think if a beef dish had been cooked in the same wok, right before my veggie dish was cooked, without any prior wash up.

Incredibly poor customer service. Ordered from here a few times and always had issues. Most recent order said 40minutes, waited over an hour and a half. When called to find out the status of the order they said that they had attempted delivery but that was not the case. Apologised and said it would be with us in the next 10-15 minutes. Over 40 minutes later still no order.. When calling for the second time wishing to cancel my order they said “oh number **”, “still not there?”, to which I replied no. No apology after.
