Story

The Lotus Chinese Floating Restaurant offers a superb location to match its award winning cuisine.
With the flexibility of its open plan top deck, The Lotus is able to cater for corporate hospitality ranging from outstanding finger buffets to lunch or dinner for small groups through to a banquet for maximum of 500 guests, when both decks are being used.
The Lotus is located less than 2 minutes walk from the DLR stations at Crossharbour station & South Quay station.

They had a replica Lotus Espirit on display from the James Bond movie 'The Spy Who Loved Me' which was very cool. There was also an extremely cool concept car on display as well as 3 Lotus models available for purchase. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Today, during my visit to the Lotus dealership in central London, I had the fortune of meeting Miss Nancy, who truly brought my experience to another level. With great professionalism and infectious passion, she carefully explained all the innovative features of the concept cars which I absolutely loved. Her kindness and attention to detail left a lasting impression on me, so much so that when the time comes to purchase my Lotus, I will undoubtedly think of her and the impeccable service she provided. I was in London on a trip challenged to find the most awesome place I could, lo and behold, Lotus London presented itself perfectly! This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership/showroom, the cars on the showroom floor were awe inspiring and the members of staff matched fantastically with their warm hospitality and knowledge. I would like to mention Nancy and Emily who are extremely engaging and kind, giving us access to a Lotus Emira and a brief tour of the Lotus Theory 1. Overall it was a fantastic experience and showroom which I would definitely recommend visiting if you happen to be in the area. Thank you to all the members of staff who gave the privilege of this experience .

From the moment I stepped into the showroom, Lisa went above and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. She kept me informed every step of the way, contacting me as soon as the car became available and even arranging a last-minute test drive. Her patience and professionalism were outstanding, as she took the time to walk both me and my wife through every detail of the vehicle. If you're looking for a truly exceptional customer experience, I highly recommend reaching out to Lisa. Her dedication and attention to detail were second to none. We were also lucky enough to meet Erika, another fantastic member of the team. She made our test drive of the Lotus Eletre even more memorable, playing some great Afrobeats tracks as we tested the sound system while cruising through central London. Overall, a brilliant experience thanks to the amazing team at Lotus Mayfair!
Had a bit of time before starting work today and had lotus on my mind. Seeing the lotus emira for the first time was amazing, it was breathtaking . The manual gearbox on the emira gave me goosebumps. Lyubo gave me a tour of the showroom and he was so warm and welcoming. I love lotus !!!

As someone who loves to go to dealerships, Lotus London really stood out. I was able to hold conversations with all of the staff and I felt welcomed, especially by Matheus and Isabella. As someone who likes to film cars as well, the team was very inclusive, allowing me to use my large equipment when any other dealership would say no. Great place, great staff
Absolutely loved it! Dan is such a nice and informative guide, and he showed me through all of the features available on the cars . If you are a car enthusiast like me and you wanna check out something car-related in London, go check it out!
Really nice staff, let me and my buddy in and the cars are beautiful. Also no other dealership would let us in, so this dealership stood out of all the ones that we went to.
