A wonderful stay, felt very relaxed. Rooms had everything you needed, staff were so friendly. Didn't make breakfast sadly as too hungover but i had a beef sandwich off bar menu which was really tasty. Would highly recommend and i am already planning my next stay
The hotel room was great, comfy beds, very beautiful room and bathroom. Parking adequate, breakfast alright. However, we paid the reservation fee of 50£, and never got it back. We've contacted customer service countless times over the past 4 months, and they seem very nice, but then nothing. If you book this hotel, prepare to be robbed!
Excellent location, just next to the Bradford Interchanging railway station. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Hotel also provides wedding packages for super reasonable prices. So if you are looking for a wedding/party venue in a classic Victorian interior , have a look at this hotel.Rooms: 5/5
Great location right next to Bradford Interchange/bus station and super comfy beds! Nice room but as others have mentioned, needs a bit of tlc but I get the idea they’re slowly refurbishing as the website says that 70+ are already refurbished? Anyways, was a lovely way to treat myself when staying for work in Bradford. :Rooms: 4/5
My wife and I went to watch a brass band at the st. georges hall, so we had dinner here at this hotel, and for £25.00 we had a three course meal which was very very nice. I really enjoyed the food, and the lady who served us was very professional, polite and courteous. I will go again.Service: 5/5
Beautiful building, very clean, spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast and very pleasant staff, we would stay every time now, when we go to Bradford, so much charactour which modern hotels don't. Rooms: Lots of nice touches, comfy beds, big bath and lovely view. Nearby activities: In the middle of Bradford. Walkability: In the city centre. Food & drinks: Bar open till late, fantastic breakfast.
Pleasant city centre hotel. Parking at hotel £5 for 24hrs but watch your navigation getting there. Bradford city centre is being redeveloped and lots of roads are up! Hotel staff friendly and efficient. Rooms are basic and could do with makeover. Decent breakfast.Rooms: 3/5
Attended for our company Christmas Party. Hotel communal areas were well appointed and clean. I didn't stay so cannot comment on the rooms. The car park is adequate sized but poorly lit. The queue at the only bar was long! Only 2 bar staff was disappointing, given there was a function in progress. The dining room was well presented. The Christmas crackers were very disappointing. Cheap and no novelty gift! Dinner was well cooked and presented but a little bland and small portion. It would have been nice to turn the music down slightly during dinner, change the playlist to something a little more in tune with a dining experience rather than disco/dance music blaring.
Bed was shocking but didn't find out until getting in it. Mattress needs replacing and was reported to reception on checking out. Other than this, nice big room but no air con or option to open windows. Thought there might have given some bottled water but wasn't. Also no spare pillows as I would have expected based on other hotels.Rooms: 3/5
A really good night's sleep at this place. Nice bar and breakfast room. Bedroom was fine, except bathroom door kept sticking. Easy parking.Rooms: 4/5
