Bigger rooms than other hotels like Premier inn or holiday inn etc. The staff here are very helpful and attentive. Plenty of parking space and local shops nearby. Main lobby is spacious, the dining area is also spacious with plenty of seating. The breakfast options are great. Make sure you pay for parking though they have a system in place so make sure to get out before checkout time or extend if staying longer. Easy to forget unfortunately, should be a 24 hour basis parking not check in check out, which would be my only suggestion. Rooms: Rooms are big, had a standard room and it was plenty in space. Nearby activities: Not much activities nearby, other than going for food in the city centre. Food & drinks: Breakfast is good.
Had a lovely stay here rooms lovely and clean Staff seemed inexperienced as we were never told we had to pay for parking separately and assumed as we had given them car Registration they would charge our card They didnt So we will now receive a parking fine as the hotel manager wasn't the most helpful when asking to help us with this when we tried to pay later over the phone. He just stated we would get a fine. It's a lovely hotel but I just think the experience could have been improved by the service
They just renovated and "updated" their staff. I can say the staff where amazing! They look after you and if you need any help, they are there for you. The room was amazing, very clean, cozi and the bed was fantastic. Regarding the food, dinner = unbelievably good and the plating, spot on! Breakfast = 10 by 10! Amazing! I can wait to go there again.
We had a wonderful stay here in March. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a large variety and we were able to stay in the lobby till late with the bar open 24 hours! Special shout out to Naz who went above and beyond our needs!Rooms: 5/5
So my experience of coming to this hotel straightaway was a pleasure. All the staff was so so helpful and wanted to make sure that everything went really smoothly, I just felt like everybody really went out of the way a lovely girl called Naz was extremely friendly and really really made us smile the moment we walked in. Owning my own business. I know how important it is to make your customers happy because every person walking in is a blessing and word of mouth is key . The price was fantastic and I didn’t expect everything to be as nice as this. 10 out of 10 if anybody wants to come and stay here great price great staff great rooms . Rooms: The rooms are very clean, basic, but just us the trick would definitely come back again
Stayed here for a night. We checked in at 2pm and all we could hear was drilling all afternoon and the noise started again at 9am !! The bedside lights didn’t work so we had to leave the bathroom light on through the night. My friend forgot his wallet in the room and when he went back to ask about it. The staff had no knowledge of where it was. Thankfully he had an air tag in it and managed to track it. Location was great and the room was clean but overall I expected a higher standard from cedar court.
From the get go had very poor service. 1. Check in took 40 minutes for no reason at all. 2. We got stuck in the lift 3. Fire alarms go off and staff enter your room without consent! 4. Poor staff communication, rude & not interested. 5. Self check in screens are abysmal
Stayed for 1 night on a business trip. Got given a ground floor room - totally not recommended as had someone outside the window in the early morning doing some scraping of sort and then 30 mins later there was some banging with a hammer in the room next door. You’d think maintenance would be done late morning at the earliest and not around 9am. Check-in is mostly self service but they do have someone there to help. Same with check-out. Room was comfy and spacious - no fridge to keep any drinks cool. Overall, a decent stay but try get a room that’s not ground floor.
Room was okay, didn’t like the bathroom the sink in my room would not drain so went with a dirty full sink the first night which was fixed the next day. I requested to be put in a room with just a shower rather than a bath to which the young lady said she was not sure if they have rooms like that and that she will find out and let me know, request was never answered.
Just spent a weekend on a family catch-up combined with a 40s weekend .what an AMAZING PLACE ,staff wonderful couldn't do enough for us... especially MOHAMED the hospitality host so friendly and helpful lovely clean and comfortable and a big shout out to the breakfast staff who were also helpful and lovely ...would definitely go highly recommend and definitely go back again and again Rooms: Lovely and clean bed just like home Food & drinks: Had a 2 course meal 6 of us and mostly had different meals all were superb and very reasonably priced Noteworthy details: Fabulous place can't recommend it enough
