An amazing place with a warm welcome. Alison and Phil are fantastic hosts who go the extra mile with a great smile. The b&b is set in a large garden by a bubbling river, with seating outside. The beach is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes drive.  Lots of places to visit, or a great place to chill.Rooms: 5/5

Alison and Phill made us feel so welcome it was just like staying with friends - really kind considerate friends who can’t do enough for you and make you feel completely at home. The accommodation was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious. We had the best holiday and can’t wait until our next visit. Thank you so much!Rooms: 5/5

As soon as you get out of your car, your greeted with the lovely sound of the flowing stream.Alison greeted us at the door, and made us feel welcome straight away. Our room was immaculate, the cleanest b&b we have ever stayed in. Next morning Phil and Alison made us the perfect breakfast. They allowed us to eat our takeaway’s in the outdoor gazebo, with two adorable Labradors for company. It’s a very homely B&B and Alison & Phil are very friendly. I can honestly say this is best b&b we have ever stayed in. Definitely 5 star place to stay.

We had a Fantastic stay, cannot fault it, Brilliant hosts, very accomodating, even though we messed up our booking! Beautiful setting and very clean and comfortable rooms, Great breakfast, have been before and hope to go again. Thank you Eileen and David.

This B&B is second to none. I've stayed in quite a few places, this one l return to as many times as possible.if any vacancies available which is very rare. Hosts are friendly and helpful. All rooms are immaculate and the food is amazing

Very clean, lovely proper breakfast,  friendly reception and atmosphere,  we struggled initially to find it but well worth it.

There are two Talybonts, the one I know is on the coast. There are two or three places to get a meal, an Italian restaurant and a pub, the Ysgethin, "Billy's" is a takeaway fish and chip bar, the fish is outstanding, cooked fresh each order and on the same site is "1957" a lovely restaurant, its advisable to check the opening times and book as it can get busy. A short drive down the coast road is Norbar, you get a panoramic view over the sea, good for watching the sun set while enjoying your meal. Barmouth is nearby with a host of shops and places to eat plus a weekly market. From Talybont you can easily access the snowdonia national park. The beaches here are "endless" and clean.

Had a wonderful experience here at the B&B. Phill and Alison are wonderful hostes. Will definitely come back. Thank you!!Rooms: 5/5
