We have always found them to be helpful and polite when we were ordering item's. We would recommend this company for any one looking for good quality Fish, and expert advice. Whether you are just starting out or, an established Koi keeper.
Love this place. Great people, knowledge and service. Very chatty when I visited and bought one of their Asagi Koi on offer. He pointed out a couple of bits - markings etc. - on them and I ended up buying a super fish. Just recently ordered a Matsuko switch box timer from them to set up the pond electrics rather than outdoor sockets/plugs everywhere. This - to me - is a no brainer and a brilliant piece of kit which is going to save me money in the long run as bills/energy prices are getting stupidly high. Delivery was also super fast and the best priced one online! Takes a bit of finding Cotswold Koi but well worth it. Cheers lads.
Excellent product and customer service. Competitive pricing and exactly what I needed. I called the customer support to check a couple of technical specs and the gentlemen who answered was very knowledgable and helpful. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.
Product was easy to order and I was kept informed of the delivery, it came a few days after ordering and it has done exactly what it was supposed to do. I am very happy with the product I ordered and I would use Cotswold Koi again.
I've bought a number of things from Cotswold koi and have found them to be a good, reliable company to deal with. The website is good and pricing very fair, which helps a lot. I'm sure I'll be using them again - keeping koi always means you need food, treatments and fittings etc etc !
Rob has built two ponds for me and both were high quality pieces of work. So good in fact that he also built a double garage, porch and a study, all of which we are extremely happy with. Rob is always quick to come out and help with the Koi is there is a problem or just chat on the phone. Thoroughly recommended.
very comprehensive range. helpful advice from staff. good service. but all once you had managed to contact them. no contact email on web site. phone number busy or kept waiting for ages. would recommend, but need to improve initial contact systems. this must put a lot of people off when trying; it certainly did for me, but I persevered! very pleased in the end.
Took delivery of a custom box welded liner today. Fantastic service from these guys. 5 days from order to delivery and that included a weekend. I was expecting to wait weeks. It is now fitted and filled. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. One very happy customer.
I purchased a tub of Clover Blanket Answer, which was delivered quickly, easy to deal with. I have used various blanket weed treatments over the last 40 years of having a pond, this is the best treatment. I have used, I had to give the pond a further treatment, but that only improved the looks of the pond even better. I would highly recommend this treatment and the obliging service at Cotswold Koi. Excellent customer service. The product I wanted was out of stock with no expected delivery date so Cotswold Koi rang me to suggest either a refund or a replacement product, which arrived very promptly. Would definitely use again.
