Lovely food, great portions, lovely welcome, great service. We arrived about 12.30 and the only problem was it was quite cold in the pub. If not for that (had we arrived later it would have been fine) I'd definitely give five stars. We'll definitely return.

Fantastic little pub. I am moving to Clifton, so thought I would take a walk around the village. We came across this lovely place. My family and I were greeted by a lovely bar tender, he was very helpful with the menus and sat us down in a nice spot as my granddaughter needed feeding. The food was amazing, the chicken burger and the salmon dish were lovely and very flavoursome. I am very pleased I have found a lovely local clean pub. Very clean pub, with ample outdoor space. Great place in the summer and lovely friendly staff. Keep up the good work.

A much revived local country pub with a great atmosphere, great food and a good selection of beers, wines and spirits. Great for lunch and evening meals. Family and dog friendly with a big back garden and dedicated kids play area, what more could you want. :)
