Wonderful service and food in a modern and clean environment. Great flavours. Not just about heat. This was our first visit and we will be returning. This restaurant offers draft Kingfisher and is air conditioned.
Always order Lamb dishes from here as they are usually tender and gorgeous. Sadly tonight’s was not good. Big chunks of Lamb that were tough and gristly , rather than previous dishes that were thin slices and beautifully tender. Not sure if chefs have changed, but not sure I’ll order lamb again.
Unfortunitely this Indian is not for me. If you like a chicken and tomato casserole, then maybe. I was hoping things had changed, as it was the same some time ago as well. Chicken quality was okay, but the lamb was very dry. Motor paneer is also a very strange consistency and very sweet. Almost like it had been made with Kraft Mac & cheese powder.
Korma was bright orange with little chicken. A Balti is meant to be eaten with a Naan not a runny sauce.If you like a good curry look else where.
Lovely meal this evening with friends. My first meal in an Indian restaurant for many, many years. Very efficient and helpful staff. Wide range of food choices, all of which were delicious. The staff were only too happy to discuss how things were cooked or portion sizes. A very relaxed meal - I will definitely be coming back!
