I came here with 5 friends, our table was booked for 6:15 we came early and got seated early although we was willing to stand and have a drink untill the table time. The place was really busy but food wait wasnt long and taste was impressive. I would visit again however as i downloaded the app to order i was told within a few days i would receive 25% off through email and still havent weeks later so feel this is just go get your email and spam with advertisement
We reserved a table upon entering we was led to our table. We was placed near the main door. We wasn’t 100% happy with where we was placed but never-mind. We ordered our food on the app which was easy to do. Our food i must say was well presented and absolutely delicious. It was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. The food is a little on the expensive side but absolutely worth every penny. My 6 year old daughter ate everything and that doesn’t happen often! We even ordered dessert which was top tier! My only complaint was the bathrooms. They smelt terrible and weren’t the cleanest. However the food saved it and we will definitely be back!
The food was absolutely delicious. I don’t have any complaints at all. The pub was rather busy but service for the food was great and not a long wait. The bar staff however, I saw our drinks sat at the end of the bar for about twenty minutes and had to ask if they was ours, which they was. Other than that no complaints.nLovely seating area outside with music which was really nice to finish off our drinks and chill. Nice vibes outside. Will definitely visit again and I have recommended to many friends to try.
Would of been a 5 if it weren't for 1 member of staff.nBeen twice in the last 2 weeks. First time everything was perfect. Food was beautiful and staff were fantastic. Great quiz on a Wednesday too. 2nd time we went was a Friday. Still amazing food and atmosphere and all other staff great but there was 1 guy that was a bit rude, tried rushing us several times and was watching us eat so he could swoop our plates away and hurry us on which was off putting. If you want to give feedback it was a guy in his 20s with glasses and walked with his head to the side and had a mole on his neck. Maybe he needs a bit more training. Other than him though, it was great and we will be back.
We wanted a table that could fit a wheelchair and the staff couldn't do enough.nLots of room and space to move around access to disabled toilet was also easy to get to.nThe food was very tasty and hot.nGood atmosphere and staff making sure everything was ok.nWell done Glasshouse will definitely make this out local
