Called in at dinnertime and the place was empty which is seldom a good sign. Ordered a lunchtime special and had to wait a couple of minutes for chips. I don't mind waiting but the chips had already been cooked and were then thrown back into the fryer to reheat. The result was extra crunchy chips with a very unpleasant texture. 

I won't be going back.

Food is good but what kind of place does not accept card in 2017 (im not talking contactless any card! and then look at you like something they stepped in when i got my card out. Its not even like they have a sign

Just been to this place, the lady who works here is very rude, we miss heard her on what she says, and her reply was I have just told you that, very very rude, this was all over a sauce or a drink, which you can only have choice of one, if you want fish and chips get the kids menu, you get more! Very rude won't be going back, and not nice food at all!
