Just had a meal at the Staithes and it was excellent. It was a spur of the moment decision to go there but we were glad we did. I had steak and my husband the chilli. Staff very friendly . Good value for money . Delicious and varied desserts. We will certainly be eating there again .

Taken over by new management so just been open again for a month. Great atmosphere with live music on a Saturday night. Went for carvery on Sunday and food was excellent.

Went on a week night and the food was just ok. Staff are fantastic tho. Have been told the carvery on a sunday is lovely

Want to a 40th party which was great. Staff were v .friendly, but quite a few were very inexperienced and it showed. No common sense really. Clean and presentable but the glass room was out dated & toilets could do with a revamp too. Overall ok, would go only for a function not by choice just for a meal.
