Absolutely dreadfull. Worst I've probably had. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and prawn balls. Chicken balls 90% batter and the prawn ones were definitely days/weeks old and re heated because they were brown/black and solid. Couldn't bite into them. Salt and pepper chips were a box of un seasoned chips with a few slices of onion. Ordered a combo box for 2 and everything was so dry/old and uneatable. Strongly advise to not order from here. Disguisting

I use this place about once a month never had a bad meal yet. I always collect mine not sure if that makes any difference. Usually have a curry and or a chow main springs rolls and sweet n sour.

Don't order the fillet beef it's not fillet fatty and chewy and fillet beef isnt like tht. the salt and pepper chips just tastless. Also salt and pepper chicken was chewy to avsulyte rubbish won't be ordering from here again

I've never had a problem before, but tonight's food was the worst I've ever had anywhere, the bonus was it came 20mins early. Most of the food was luke warm, I had to microwave the sweet and sour sauce, not the end of the world, but my spring roll tasted quite weird. I NEVER usually leave bad reviews EVER, but I felt I had to on this occasion.

Waited over an hour and half for delivery. Couldn't get in touch with them for an hour. When the food arrived it was cold. Finally got in touch and said they were busy and offered 20% discount, not good enough. If you're too busy stop taking orders!! Slight more expensive than other takeaways so thought it would be better. Don't order from here.

Food was late by over 45 mins,the taste was like no Chinese I've ever tried before, chicken was slimey, ribs had no meat on them and the sweet and sour sauce was disgusting most likely old and reheated. I feel sick this morning. I have put a complaint in with just eat who have advised me to take this to the council. Never again will I order from here.

Had the combo 1. Very poor usually go to different takeaway but they dont deliver and im in isolation.  Have the same order from them 10 times better from mine.  New wok very small portions not much taste. Very poor will ho back to the Mandarine at kimberworth.

I rang up and ordered from here and it got to an hour and it still wasn’t here I rang up and asked where it is and they said “oh sorry it will be 20 mins” so I’m guessing they forgot to cook it then it got to 40 mins and it still wasn’t here so I again rang up and asked where it was and they said 5 mins. When it got delivered it was cold and really dry I won’t be ordering from here again!! And the “munchie salt and pepper chicken box” is supposedly meant to be everything salt and pepper but it was so dry and it didn’t taste one bit like salt and pepper!!!

Very dissapointed. Food is usually nice but todays put me off big time. Order went as usual , food came in 45 minutes but instant issues upon arrival. We got the munchie box and the driver brought it tipped on it side. BBQ sauce all over the food inside the box . Onions and chilli for the salt and pepper items tipped to one side. Food itself just bland. No flavour, hot i will give them that but blegh. Fried rice tasted and smelt of plastic and the BBQ sauce had no consistency to it , just watery. Even the fortune cookies just tasted weird. Just overall a complete waste of money. Wont be using here again, had a previous bad experience with a very creepy and innapropriate driver but decided to try them once more with someone else in the house with me as the food was decent. Never again.

Beautiful...!! We thought we would try this new takeaway the chips are to die for egg fried rice perfect and chicken chow mein was delicious and a good size too you can order it with sauce or dry we had it dry as we added curry sauce would defo recommend
