New menu available, better choice with more vegetarian options. Delicious meals and two for £5 menu option too. Service excellent, friendly staff. Note... Service can be slow when full / busy but staff are apologetic and quick to see to you once free. Love this pub. Highly recommend. Free entertainment on frequently.

Staff were bubbly and friendly. Beers were nice and food was good value for money. Service a little bit hit and miss but nothing to get upset about. Good option if you are staying at the hotel next door.

Nice enough place but service very slow. Food was OK but nothing to woo about. Nothing like the pictures they show but what place is. Pity I didn't take one. The half roast chicken was good. Liked how you could choose your own sauce and sides. It was a Christmas rush but the food... well I've had better.

Lovely place. Had normal menu rather than festive. Steak was yummy although ordered medium rare was a bit rarer than I would expect but I still enjoyed it. Good value for money. Toilets could do with better signage as a bit hidden. But really nice staff and experience.

Interestingly inexperienced service staff, a shortage of haloumi cheese (solved by an errand to the local Aldi) and lack of salad leaves meant meals were delayed and lacked certain elements. We got a discount. On the plus side there was good tea 🍵 Probably won't go back.
