This is a lovely pub which has been recently taken over by Paul and lizzie steer ne w staff are now working behind the bar. Evening meals served Thursday Friday and Saturday 6 till 9pm Sunday carvery served 12 till 4pm but booking advice as does get very busy .quiz night every other Thursday next one 10th November come and join us all for a lovely warm welcome and a great pint .guest ales available.
Newly refurbished to a very high standard. Sunday Lunch extreme value for money. Very friendly establishment with an excellent landlord. Offers special meals frequently. Highl;y recommended
So far, I've only drunk in here. There has recently been a large programme of renovation, and it has created a light, modern pub with restaurant. On the beer front, there were two Adnams, Punk IPA and various lagers. I also noticed that they do excellent promotions, such as £2 for a bottle of Peroni at the moment.
I work at this pub and having sat and peeled fresh veg every week I know you are not getting frozen vegetables so whoever you are that has quite a lot to say on this matter about our food on this site please do come in and speak to me or any member of the staff and they will quite happily tell you all about our menu
This is an amazing pub/restaurant and welcomes children. Sells food and a carvery on Sunday! Delicious desserts are served afterwards.
Rude staff.... What are you talking about! The staff are so lovely, friendly and great to chat too. The food was excellent I couldn't fault it. Really turn over to what it was.
The Doom Bar is very good the beer is kept very well. Good atmosphere. Quiz night tonight Thursday.
