I honestly can say  not enought about my experience  at this salon and Katie. Walked out feeling a milion dollars.! Katie has done such a fantastic job. I am  thrilled. Brillant attention to detail with my hair and very keen to consider what I wanted and what suited my face shape with lots  of  patients to my childrens in the same time as I had to bring them with me. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recomended.

Lovely staff and manager but very disappointed with the result.   It was nice enough but not what we'd discussed (and I'd made a point of having a consultation and specifically asking if the colour I wanted was 'achievable', which I told it was.  I could see the stylist become nervous and it was almost like she was gearing up for a complaint from me (not my style).   I think it's better to turn clients away than promise something you can't deliver on the basis that 'it won't lift anymore' (I have photographs of me with the colour I asked for so the 'manual of things to say to clients when you can't deliver' could have stayed on the shelf.  The colour is lovely - on someone else.   I've made an appointment at the salon I used to go to before I moved to get the colour I wanted.    Real shame - lovely salon and really friendly staff but not advisable for brunettes wanting cool tones

Lovely, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Very accommodating as I was a last minute booking. Great highlights & cut.

Downhill since my old stylist left.  New girl doesnt have a clue and looked like she'd gone straight to work from a long night out.   Not a good look for someone selling style.  The clients are the blue rinse brigade.   Go to Toni & Guy

Great experience. Had my hair done with Katie who was lovely and listened to what I wanted. The whole team were really friendly and professional. Nice intimate atmosphere too. Will definitely recommend and return.
