Love The Gift Company and would always usually rate 5 stars. Live in Edinburgh and love visiting the Livingston branch and with groups of friends we always visit the branch in York. Was absolutely appalled when visiting the branch at Albert Dock in Liverpool with the customer service. The girl fri/Sat afternoon with the long red dyed hair was snappy, rude and clearly didn't want to be there and this was with several customers. Would not recommend a visit and neither would any of the group of 7 others I was with.
