Can't fault them. Just picked up a banner for my boy's 1st birthday and it's even better than I expected. Very sharp print etc. The customer service was spot on and I only placed the order yday so I'm made up they could fit me in last minute!
These have done my son's banners and balloons told them what I wanted and they done it without hesitation cant wait for my other sons ones in 2 weeks thank you very much

**UPDATE** I can see the owner has replied "what a load of rubbish". An answer as good as their service i see. Its in Black and white as per my picture, i hope that other customers are not spoken to in this manner. Would give half a star if I could. The customer service from this company is absolutely appalling. They made an error and did rectify this in the end however we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try to use them for another occasion. We was then told "if I had of known it was you I would not have served you". Very childish .... Totally unacceptable for a business to talk to any customer in this way. We only sent a message to check our order was okay for a few weeks time. Will never use this business again and lost a lot of business from us and other family members. Steer clear, plenty of other shops who will be happy to provide a good service with good customer relations.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting customers service. Running a shop my self I would never talk to people the way I’ve just been spoken to. I will take my custom somewhere else.
