Excellent food well prepared and presented. Lives up to it's name 'Generous' because the portions are just that ! Very reasonable prices. Pint of John Smith £2.49 - must be cheapest in Yorkshire. Large and varied menu for all tastes, and a Kids menu. Visited with family. Will definitely visit again.
The food was good, the reception excellent and the Covid 19 protocols could not be faulted. All in all felt safe and enjoyed the dining experience. Dave H
Lovely meal tonight, the team were very attentive, Paul, Emily, Tegan, Sarah. Great social distancing and service. Very clean and the team was discreetly cleaning whilst we were there to keep everything covid safe.
Not been in for about 8years but pleasantly surprised very good pub food . Last time visit did horrendously smelling sizzling meal not good . But will return good value
