I read the previous reviews - the company does seem to have paid attention & are making a real effort to address the issues - we placed an order for multiple items, called both the warehouse and the shop to check status, both calls were answered within a few rings, they quickly found our order & provided me with a DHL tracking reference. We previously went into the shop in Ross on Wye 'The Architectural Store' & the staff in the shop were also attentive and courteous. Hope going forward that others have a similar experience.
No item delivered. No replies to emails. Fortunately paid by PayPal so received refund through PayPal dispute. Waste of time! AVOID
AVOID AT ALL COST! I wish I could put no starts and wish I had checked reviews. No item delivered, fobbed me off so long that I couldn't get a refund from EBAY. They have just stolen from a school, lowest of low!
Ordered 3 weeks ago. No delivery and no response to email. Will be claiming refund from Paypal. What is the point of this company?
Useless, sent my goods to bogus address and then blamed me for the error although PayPal fills the box automatically. STAY WELL CLEAR.

sounds like i am not alone, no item delivered no response from the tool store. BE WARNED !!
