Although the flooring I ordered looks good I was disappointed with the service and advice I received. I did ask about sound proofing and was told there was nothing that could be done. When the fitter turned up there was no one to move the furniture. I had arranged for 2 people to attend. As a result the fitter left and I was left to supposedly wait for weeks. I cannot recommend this company.
Great selection, fitting service and value. Over the past 12 years we have had all our carpets and karndean flooring from JS. They are great
