Can get some right bargains if you fall on them at the right time. However, the shop is very cramped. Very small isles and stock stacked in-between the isles which makes it even harder to navigate, especially with a trolley. Every time I've visited I constantly feel that I'm in the way. My advice would be to arrive as early as possible as the car park and shop can get very busy
Every time I go to baileys, I find so many bargains that I end up spending lots of money. I find good savings on dog and cat food, also savings on beer, etc, as long as you don't mind short sell by dates. They have more things on offer.
Always love it here. Plenty of good deals and a very large variety of things. Definitely worth popping in to see what's there
Great deals and variety. Worth a visit, to stock up on house hold products, snacks and to grab suprising one off deals from time to time.
Bargains are to be had, however, it is not a friendly place to shop. It's very cold & dark inside, difficult to read prices etc without putting torch on phone! Customer services are also rude. day I was shouted st for going to customer services before paying for my goods
Be careful to check your receipt, and prices on the shelves. We've been there today and wasn't till we got home to Gloucester and checked receipt we've been overcharged on several items. Will not be going back again!!!
Small isles, hard to stop and look as if you do you block the isle which is odd and makes for a poor experience, whole store is quite dark, nothing is actually that cheap either which is the main issue, unless you're buying out of date food it's cheaper to buy from supermarkets instead, just everything is sold in bigger quantities so it looks cheap when it isn't E.g 24 cans of Fanta £10.99, at the same time you could get 3 packs of mix and match 24 packs including Fanta at asda for £20, much cheaper than this 'bargain store' wouldn't return, poor overall.
An Aladdin's Cave of goodies - everything from compost to cake tins! Great range of supplies and some good bargains to be had. Really extensive choice of pet foods, for all sorts of pets; including lots of things for home aquariums. Certainly worth visiting for buying bulk supplies of both soft and alcoholic drinks. We always find plenty to buy in the confectionery aisles!
This shop has everything from food, DIY, gardening, indoor and out door fish & car accessories. Much at amazing prices well worth a stop off while passing
Been looking forward to getting to stop off here for sometime. Unfortunately I don’t get it, yeah I get that some stuff is out of date and that’s fine but 4x Budweiser cans a year out of date for £4.49 when they are that in Tesco in date or sometimes £3:99 in Tesco or even my corner shop. Wine…. Why is it so much more expensive in here than any supermarket? Same with Jack Daniels way more expensive than any supermarket. My conclusion is that people believe that because a few key things are cheap like out of date chocolate and crisp they thing everything is cheap and just go in blind. Clever marketing videos of cheap lines is the key here and it seems the weak fall for this.
