My partner and I travel from Coventry most Sundays to have Sunday lunch at the Gauntlet. Always happy with how great the food is and the pub itself has a great cosy atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a friendly pub. If we lived a little bit closer, we would treat is us as our local (nearer pubs are not as good). The food has always been good with generous portions and the service is friendly. The staff are always chatty and do more than expected to ensure satisfaction. My mother-in-law can rarely eat a whole meal but the staff will box up what she can't eat.
