"The Garricks Head is a fantastic pub right at the heart of the Flixton community in Trafford. Our stunning Tudor-style pub has stood proudly in Greater Manchester since 1830 and is named after famous 18th Century actor David Garrick! It’s the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy your favourite drinks whatever the occasion!"

Great pub, pool table and live sports on several screens, so great venue for watching the footy etc. car parking on site and nice friendly staff with good service.
Large pub with 2 pool tables. Friendly staff. Car park. Reasonably priced
Decent selection of beers. Plenty of TVs for sport Sky and BT shown no food on offer other than bar snacks crisps, nuts.
Terrible pub if you want a quiet drink. Loud groups of adults shouting and swearing around children whenever I've visited. Seems the bar staff are friends with the groups and refuse to tell them to be respectful to others. Run down pub that's never full. Such as a shame some ruin it for the rest as it has a lovely outside in the Summer.
Unbelievably bad experience. The door for disabled access is locked. They open it for you entering is locked immediately afterwards. So there is no way of leaving without asking. The manager was asked for it to be left open but said they couldn’t for legal reasons. There is no law that applies to stopping disabled access, but he wouldn’t go back on it. They also blocked access to the disabled toilet and said if you needed access then you had to ask every time. Who should have to ask for permission to use the toilet?
Very polite and helpful, great atmosphere pub would highly recommend
First time I've been here iwas treated like l go in every day the staff were very welcoming the regulaors made you welcome l could make this my local
A very friendly little pub. Good food deals can be had on each day of the week. Regular live performances from a variety of genres. Pool table and football on too. Lovely layout with small tables and large tables and standing space for peak period. Large outdoor seating area which is partially covered and convenient for smokers as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Regular specials on cask ales are always welcomed by me. Bus stop right outside for travel to Urmston or Manchester or altrincham. Recommend a visit.
A fairly average pub in truth, however it's pool table and the fact the pub is usually quiet have bumped it from a 3 to a 4 star, and the staff have always been friendly. They show a lot of football games and high profile boxing fights, the only draw back is it is a little bit more expensive than the two pubs closest to it in each direction.
Traditional pub showing sports on a number of screens. No food offering, that I could see, but everyone was friendly and we had a good view of the football. We'll use as our local for sports.
